As a general rule we cannot accept the return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. In particular we cannot accept the return of items that have been made to order or ordered in especially to fulfil your order. If you feel that an item is faulty, not as described or doesn't do what it is supposed to do please email our sales department at sales@comm-supplies.co.uk to discuss.
If you feel that an item was damaged on delivery to you please report the damage to our sales department at sales@comm-supplies.co.uk on the day that you receive the delivery.
