Protect the sprig of fibre that protrudes from a connector during the epoxy curing cycle in an oven.
Universal 2.5mm sleeves are suitable for FC, SC, ST & E2000 and have a 3.2mm opening at the other end for SMA ferrules.
Universal 1.25mm sleeves are suitable for LC & MU and have a 3.2mm opening at the other end for SMA ferrules.
The 1.6mm sleeves are designed for military Size 16 M29504/4 pins.
