Heatshrink splice protectors restore the mechanical strength and environmental protection of optical fibre following fusion splicing.
Our splice protectors are of high quality and are tested and certified to Bellcore (Telcordia) GR-1380-CORE.
Suitable for 250um to 900um buffered fibres.
Stainless steel reinforcing pin with rounded ends.
2.4mm diameter (after shrinking).
Standard lengths of 45mm and 60mm.

We can supply a very wide range of protectors for specialist applications:

Shrunk diameters from 1.3mm to 3.7mm and lengths from 10mm to 85mm.
